About Doha Now

Doha Now is an independent AI-powered news platform built to deliver fast, accurate, and meaningful updates about everything happening in Qatar. It was created to bring a smarter and more connected way for people to stay informed by combining technology, design, and purpose in one place.

Qatar doesn't yet have many AI-driven projects or locally developed models, and that is what inspired us to start building our own. Doha Now runs on a custom AI model made specifically to understand Doha, capable of scanning multiple sources, verifying facts, and summarizing stories in real time. It processes local events, weather data, and market information into short, reliable updates that anyone can read and trust.

This is not a corporate platform or a large company initiative. It is a personal project, built from the ground up by one person who wanted to push what is possible for AI in Qatar. Every part of it, from the model to the interface, was made to feel fast, human, and local.
